Members and contacts are organized across several sections, with invoices, dunning and finely graded roles.

Teams by age and league with squads, roles, permissions and parent accounts, so every team stays organised.

Dues types, family fee and team fund are collected by SEPA direct debit with mandate management.

Matches are set up as events, results are recorded with half-time and final score and the match report is exported as a PDF or a CSV in HBL format.

Set up tournaments, friendlies and club parties as events with online sign-up and tickets.

Payments run on site and online by card and SEPA, plus DATEV export and donation receipts.

Training times, courses and hall use share one calendar, with coaches and attendance.

Newsletters and emails go to everyone or single groups, from Pro with 1,000 emails a month.

All data is stored GDPR compliant and encrypted in data centres in Germany.
